How do I check if an address is in zone for St Mary's School (Milton)?

Type the address into the CheckMyBuilder property check. The report reads the Ministry of Education enrolment-zone boundaries for that exact address and lists every zone it sits in, including St Mary's School (Milton) if the address is inside its zone. Boundaries can run down the middle of a street, so checking the specific address matters.

Can school zones change after I buy?

Yes. Schools amend enrolment schemes over time and the Ministry of Education approves changes. Being in zone at purchase does not guarantee the zone stays the same, so confirm directly with the school before going unconditional if zoning is central to your decision.

In zone for St Mary's School (Milton)? Check the exact address.

St Mary's School (Milton) is a contributing primary (years 1 to 6) school with a Ministry of Education enrolment zone. Zone boundaries are precise, sometimes splitting a street, so the only honest answer is address-level. Type the address and the report lists every school zone it sits in.

How enrolment zones work

Living at an in-zone address gives a child the right to enrol. Out-of-zone places, where offered, go by ballot after in-zone enrolments.
Zones are set in the school's enrolment scheme and can change with Ministry approval. If zoning drives your purchase, confirm the current scheme with the school before you go unconditional.
One address often sits in several zones at once, for example a contributing primary, an intermediate and a secondary school. The report lists them all together.

The same address report also shows the title type, land details and the council hazard layers on record, the rest of what careful buyers read before a LIM. See what a LIM costs, council by council.

Zone data: Ministry of Education enrolment-zone boundaries, read live per address. This page describes zoning mechanics only and says nothing about the school's quality or any area's desirability. Confirm current schemes with the school. Not legal advice.

Zones are decided address by address. Check any NZ address to see every school zone it sits in, plus title, hazards and sun.
